Our building looks spectacular! Although there are lots of layout variables, Reinke Shakes can be a spectacular look at an affordable price. We considered other materials that were over $20/sqft. We are very happy with the Reinke shakes at about an eighth of the price.

Best to have a finish carpenter do the installation. Caution not to over-drive the nails. We used stainless steel nails with the shiny aluminum mill finish. Not a job for a beginner. Layout has to be careful.
